Youth sports help to build a brighter future for all

At SG Survey we are proud to sponsor youth sports teams from the local area, most recently providing training tops for the youth teams of the Fordingbridge Turks Football Club. The Fordingbridge Turks has a rich history dating back to 1868, with multiple mini, youth and adult teams within a strong community focus.

Why do we think youth sports is so important? Sports provide an all inclusive opportunity for young people to meet new friends, learn new skills, and to help stay fit and healthy. Statistically young people who participate in team sports report a higher self esteem than those that do not, and this confidence and self assurance serves well into the future.  As Franklin Roosevelt once said “We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future.”  And you never know, one of those players may become a future SG Surveyor!
